I’m not good with keeping track of a lot of characters, especially in a book like this, so I was worried that I wasn’t going to enjoy it. When I saw that there were going to be five characters in the book, part of me panicked. I’ve read a lot of YA books about rehab for eating disorders, but I can’t think of any that I’ve read about drug addiction and rehab. I’m one of those people who absolutely love realistic fiction and any kind of book that deals with tough situations. Unfortunately I kind of forgot that I had it and it ended up sitting on my shelf for two years, but I finally got around to it! Clean is one of those books that I honestly wasn’t sure that I would love as much as I did! I haven’t read Beautiful by Amy Reed, but I have heard some really good things about it, so I grabbed this book in a trade because it sounded really interesting.
